standingtwist3Beginner’s Yoga:

Beginner”s Yoga class is focused on the healing benefits of the practice: relieving neck/back tension, strengthening eysight, energizing internal organs, protecting joints & building a healthy, lifted posture. The class is taught at a slower pace to ensure safety/injury prevention and strong, easeful breathing in every asana.
Beginner”s Yoga classes at our studio are suitable both for beginner level students as well as more experienced yogis/yoginis from different styles. Although we practice Vinyasa Yoga, some of the principles of the practice (based on the teachings of ancient Yoga Masters in India), are lesser known. It is recommended that everyone new to our studio comes to the Beginner”s Class, at least once.
Experienced practitioners of Yoga will find our Vinyasa Method a pleasant challenge, while beginners can easily follow the same sequence, simplifying the poses to their basics.
