Gala is certified vinyasa yoga teacher. She began her yoga journey after personal loss in 2000. Now she loves sharing Yoga that brought transformation and fulfillment back into her life.
Designing her classes she keeps in mind various techniques and approaches that she’s learned from her teachers throughout the years. She integrates compassionate yoga philosophy and fun into the asana flow.
Gala’s vinyasa moderately paced classes focus on breath work, letting the breath move the body, instead of the mind. Having an opportunity to teach people with different backgrounds and physical requirements she believes yoga can be helpful to everyone, with no exception.
A modern dancer who fell in love with the flow of yoga, Susan instructs each class with individual modifications to meet the needs of all the bodies in her class. Since we are all at different points in our yoga practice, she likes to create a comfortable and safe environment that nurtures students yet also provides challenges that allow them to gradually deepen their practice. She received her yoga certification from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in 2006. Susan teaches an open level vinyasa flow.
